Modify and Cancel Exhibitor Registrations with Confidence

Administrators can easily modify existing exhibitor registrations at any point in the event cycle. From booth changes to additional staff members or session upgrades, edits can be made quickly. As modifications are made, financial summaries update automatically, and administrators are guided through a Review & Submit step to ensure accuracy before saving. You can also charge modification fees either as a flat rate or per change, based on how your organization wants to manage edits.

Every modification or cancellation made by an exhibitor is recorded and reflected in the Activity Tab of their registration profile. This provides the administrator with a chronological summary of actions taken: what was changed, when, and by whom, ensuring nothing gets missed.

Also, email notifications are automatically sent to key stakeholders, including the administrator, the primary exhibitor, and any linked booth staff. These updates are real-time and ensure that the entire system reflects the most current registration status without requiring manual cross-checks.
