If Engagifii states that a documented Customer Need is fully met by existing functionality, but it fails to meet expectations as outlined in the signed Discovery Report, we will resolve it within 45 days.

Commitments in Writing
If a feature is included in a Feature Customization Addendum but is not delivered as agreed, Engagifii will take corrective action.

Risk-Free Protection
If Engagifii is unable to resolve the issue within 45 days, you have the right to:

  • Terminate your contract without penalty for any future years beyond the anniversary of the current term year.

Comprehensive Needs Assessment

A structured breakdown of your association’s specific requirements, identifying each Customer Need that can be automated, streamlined, or improved through Engagifii.

Feature Mapping

Each Customer Need the customer has worked with Engagifii to define in the Customer Needs Assessment is matched against Engagifii’s functionality:

  Fully Met Needs: Features Engagifii already supports.
  Identified Gaps: Areas where Engagifii does not fully meet needs are documented.

Gap Resolution Plan

For each identified gap, the Customer will choose one of the following:
 
  Workaround Acceptance: Proceed without additional development.
  Future Roadmap Request: Add feature to Engagifii’s roadmap, with no committed timeline. 
  Feature Customization Request: Require the feature within a specific

Feature Customization Addendum (if applicable)

A formal agreement ensuring alignment and accountability, outlining:
