Engagifii is the source of truth for relationship and profile data. Engagifii Dues uses that same relationship data, so people, organizations, roles, and profile updates stay connected without having members create a separate dues profile.

Start From Engagifii

Engagifii Dues is accessed through Engagifii, helping members begin from a familiar place. When a person logs into Engagifii and has the right permissions, they can access their memberships and services from the Engagifii experience.

This helps reduce confusion around separate systems, separate usernames, or multiple browser bookmarks. Instead of sending members to a separate dues login path, associations can guide them to Engagifii first and let their permissions determine what they can access.

Give Members Access With Shared Credentials

When someone already exists as an Engagifii user, they can use the same username and password to access Engagifii Dues, as long as their role includes the right permissions. If a person already exists inside Engagifii, they do not need to create a separate dues profile to purchase a membership.

This is especially useful for members who self-register, accept an invitation, or already have access to Engagifii. Once their role includes Membership and Dues access, they can move into the dues area without another account setup.

Let Members Enroll in Available Memberships

Once inside Engagifii Dues, members can view the catalog of available options relevant to them and choose the membership they want to enroll in. Enrolling in a membership is a lot like registering for an event.

Available memberships can be controlled by the member’s permissions, visibility, and eligibility settings. This helps associations show members the options that are relevant to them while keeping restricted offerings limited to the right audience.

From there, the member can move through the enrollment process, select the appropriate membership, and complete payment when required. This connects access, eligibility, enrollment, and payment into one smoother member experience.
