Engagifii Dues
Create a Modern Catalog for Dues, Services & Products
Associations need a simple way for members and organizations to find what they can purchase, including membership dues, services, products, sponsorships, or other offerings. Engagifii brings these options into one modern catalog experience where buyers (your members and partners) can browse, search, compare, and take action from a single place. The catalog reflects the access, visibility, eligibility, pricing, and enrollment rules configured by staff, so buyers see the options that are most relevant to them.
Dues Catalog
Bring Dues, Services, and Products Into One Catalog
Engagifii gives members and organizations one place to view available dues, services, and products. Buyers can switch between For Individual, For Organization, and Full Catalog views to see the items that apply to them or review the complete set of available offerings.
Within the catalog, buyers can also browse by item type, including All, Dues, Services, and Products. This makes it easier to navigate the catalog, especially when an association offers multiple types of purchasable items.
By bringing dues and non-dues purchases into one organized experience, associations can reduce manual requests and give buyers a clearer path to the offerings they need.
Make It Easy to Search and View Offerings
The catalog interface gives buyers flexible ways to browse available items. They can search by keyword, view items in different layouts, and review key details such as item name, description, price, category, enrollment deadline, and featured status.
Different display options help buyers choose the layout that works best for them, whether they prefer a card-style grid or list view. This creates a more modern browsing experience and helps members quickly find the right item.
Show the Right Catalog Items to the Right Buyers
The catalog is more than a static list of items. It reflects the rules configured by staff, including buyer type, visibility, eligibility, and access settings, so members and organizations see the dues, services, and products that are available to them.
From the catalog, buyers can take action directly by selecting Purchase or Enroll Now, depending on the item type. This gives members a clear path from discovery to enrollment or checkout while helping staff reduce manual follow-up.
