Engagifii Dues
Build Dues Pricing That Fits Your Association
Associations do not all price dues the same way. Some memberships use a simple annual fee, while others depend on buyer type, organization size, member group, salary, population, revenue, student count, or other variables.
Engagifii gives staff flexible pricing models to support both simple and complex dues structures. From fixed pricing to formula-based calculations, associations can configure dues in a way that reflects how they actually bill members without relying on spreadsheets, manual calculations, or one-off workarounds.

Set Simple or Group-Based Dues Pricing
Engagifii supports straightforward dues pricing for associations that charge the same amount to every eligible buyer. With Fixed Price, association staff can set a base price, choose the billing frequency, and apply the same dues amount across the membership.
For associations that need different prices for different audiences, Cohort-Based Pricing allows staff to define pricing by buyer group. A cohort can be based on criteria such as person type, organization type, specific organization, specific person, or another defined condition. Buyers who match a cohort receive that pricing, while buyers who do not match any cohort can pay the base price.
Calculate Complex Dues With Formula-Based Pricing
For associations with more advanced dues structures, Formula-Based Pricing allows your staff to calculate dues using attributes, numbers, symbols, and variables. The formula builder can use information from person or organization fields, such as population, student count, revenue, salary, years of service, or other stored data.
Formula-Based Pricing also supports minimum and maximum price limits, so associations can prevent dues from falling below a required floor or exceeding a defined cap. This helps teams support sophisticated pricing calculations while keeping the final dues amount controlled.
Assign Custom Prices or Let Buyers Enter an Amount
Some dues structures require more specific pricing. With Explicit Pricing, your staff can assign custom dues amounts to individual organizations or entries. This is helpful when specific organizations have known pricing, negotiated rates, or unique dues amounts that should not apply to everyone else.
Engagifii also supports Variable Pricing, where buyers can enter their own amount within minimum and maximum limits set by staff. This can be useful for flexible payments, contribution-style dues, voluntary amounts, or other cases where the association wants to give buyers controlled flexibility.
