Add and Invite a New Person to Engagifii

Administrators can add a new person from the All People list or directly from an Organization record. Both paths use the same general process, but the starting point changes the context.

From the All People list, administrators can add a new person by selecting the right person type and filling in their information. This is helpful when the team is starting with the individual and needs to connect them to an organization, position, and other profile details.

From an Organization record, the organization is already known. For example, if a school district is getting a new board secretary, an administrator can open that organization, review the current people connected to it, end the outgoing person’s position, and add the replacement from the same place.

Engagifii separates a person from a user. A person exists in the database so the association can track their information. A user has login credentials and can access the platform.

When creating a new person, administrators can choose to save the record or save and invite. Saving simply adds the person to the database. Save and Invite sends an invitation so the person can create login credentials and access Engagifii.

Across People lists, checkmarks show invitation status at a glance: orange means invited, green means the profile is created, red means the invite should be resent, and no checkmark means the person only has an admin-created record. This makes it easier to see who has been invited, who has signed up, and who is only being tracked in the database.
