Manage Services From One Central View
Engagifii gives staff a clear overview of all available services and sponsorship offerings in one place. Teams can view key details such as service name, billing frequency, term length, buyer type, status, default amount, pricing model, visibility, enrollment count, and creation date.
From the services list, staff can quickly search, filter, group, customize columns, review enrollment activity, and start enrollment when needed. This gives administrators a more organized way to manage service-based revenue without relying on scattered spreadsheets, emails, or one-off invoices.
To create a new service, click on “Create Service”. Staff can define the basics buyers will see, including the service name, description, image, service type, category, and publication status.
Configure Service Pricing and Access
Services can be configured to match how each offering should be sold. Staff can define the base amount, billing frequency, pricing model, and term settings for each service. This supports simple one-time services as well as recurring or annual service offerings.
Access controls help determine who can see, qualify for, and purchase each service. A service can be configured for individuals or organizations, with visibility and eligibility rules that keep the catalog relevant for each buyer. Under Transact, staff can also configure who is allowed to complete the purchase and how the service can be paid for.
Customize Enrollment Flow, Add-Ons, and Service Options
Some services require more than a simple purchase step. Engagifii allows associations to configure the enrollment flow for each service, including approval requirements, invoice timing, payment timing, enrollment completion behavior, and custom fields collected during enrollment.
Associations can also connect related dues, products, or services as optional add-ons during enrollment or purchase. Add-ons can be required, pre-selected, grouped, quantity-limited, or priced differently from the default amount.
By combining enrollment settings and add-ons in one flow, associations can create a smoother service purchase experience while capturing the right information, approvals, payment timing, and related options.
