Choose which organization types matter most — Member, Non-Member, or Workspace — and then define key positions to monitor using tags, person types, or specific role titles. Apply a default expected headcount across all organizations, or customize it later for exceptions. This setup ensures the Vacancy Report focuses on roles that are meaningful to your association’s mission.
