      Cancellation and Financial Accuracy, Simplified
Cancelling a registration doesn't mean breaking your records. Engagifii preserves financial integrity by cancelling the original invoice and automatically generating a new one, while refund logic, credit notes, and payment methods are clearly tracked. You can also charge modification fees either as a flat rate or per change based on how your organization wants to manage edits.

Clear Visibility with Activity Tab and Email Updates
Every modification or cancellation made by an exhibitor is recorded and reflected in the Activity Tab of their registration profile. This provides admins with a chronological summary of actions taken: what was changed, when, and by whom, ensuring nothing gets missed.
Also, email notifications are automatically sent to key stakeholders, including the admin, the primary exhibitor, and any linked booth staff. These updates are real-time and ensure that the entire system reflects the most current registration status without requiring manual cross-checks.
