Manage Event Pricing and Discounts

Incent or reward particular groups of people with special pricing options for your events. Engagifii lets you define pricing options right at the start of the event planning process, and then ensures they are applied accurately when individuals are registered. Pricing options are automatically reflected in the registration process based on attributes of the person registering, the date of registration, a number of reserved spots, etc.

Define Groups that Get Special Pricing:

Individuals or groups that get a custom price configuration are defined as a first step. You can select specific people (e.g., the Chairman of the Board) or set up the criteria for the system to dynamically identify people to be included in the pricing group (e.g., everyone on a particular committee, or all the student interns).

Associate Price Overrides to Pricing Groups:

Assign a price override for each pricing group that will be applied during registration instead of using the default price established for the event.

Establish Time-Based Pricing:

Incent your membership to register early by providing Early Bird pricing or limiting the number of registrations available for special pricing levels.
