Deactivate/Delete Organization
Ensure that updates to your information about organizations are both timely AND accurate to ensure high quality association data. Staff members can deactivate or even delete organizations such as sponsors or exhibitors that are a part of your association. Deactivate/Delete Organization allows them to make the changes, but only permissioned staff have the chance for a final review, ensuring that changes are both correct and complete.
Be Aware of Changes to Your Data:
Changes made to member data are automatically submitted to the administrator as a request, allowing them to be fully reviewed.
Maintain the Integrity of Your Data:
Before an organization is deactivated or deleted, Engagifii reviews all the connections and dependencies associated with that organization. If there are active members associated, open invoices, or other situations that should block deactivation, Engagifiii lets you know so that you can resolve them.
Bring Deactivated Organizations Back:
While deactivated, organizations can be invisible to all users, but will remain accessible and retain their history. They can be restored with a simple click, complete with all their history and attributes.
