Ensure that updates to your member information are both timely AND accurate to ensure high quality association data. As members make changes in Engagifii to information about your members, Approve Field Changes on People gives you the option to enable a second pair of eyes to check them to ensure they're both correct and complete. Changes can be simply reviewed or can require approval before they are made final.

Be Aware of Changes to Your Data:

Changes made to member data are automatically submitted to the administrator as a request, allowing them to be fully reviewed.

Modify Registrations for Both Individuals and Groups_

Manage Changes However You Like:

Changes to member data can be automatically approved and committed to the system so that the administrator is simply informed of them, or the administrator can have the power to approve, deny, or even edit changes submitted.

Keep Your Requestors Informed:

Those submitting member data changes are kept up to date with automated notifications as their changes are approved, denied, or revised.
