Ensure that updates to your member information are timely and accurate to ensure high-quality association data. As members make changes in Engagifii to information about their county, school district, or other organization, Approve Field Changes on Organizations allows you to enable a second pair of eyes to check them to ensure they’re correct and complete. Changes can be reviewed or require approval before they are made final.

Be Aware of Changes to Your Data

Changes made to member organization data are automatically submitted to the administrator as a request, allowing them to be reviewed.

Manage Changes However You Like

Changes to member data can be automatically approved and committed to the system so that the administrator is informed of them. The administrator also has the power to approve, deny, or even edit changes submitted.

Keep Your Requestors Informed

Those submitting member data changes are kept up to date with automated notifications as their changes are approved, denied, or revised.
