Add/Deactivate Person
Ensure that updates to your member information are both timely AND accurate to ensure high quality association data. Members in the field are often the first to know when someone in their county, school district or other organization is coming or going. Add/Deactivate Person allows them to add new people and deactivate those who are departing. Permissioned staff have the chance to review, though, ensuring that changes are both correct and complete before they are fully committed in the system.
Be Aware of Changes to Your Data:
Changes made to member data are automatically submitted to the administrator as a request, allowing them to be fully reviewed.

Maintain the Integrity of Your Data:
Before a person is deactivated, Engagifii reviews all the connections and dependencies associated with that person. If there are open invoices, active registrations, or other situations that should block deactivation, Engagifiii lets you know so that you can resolve them.

Bring Deactivated People Back:
While deactivated, people can be invisible to all users, but will remain accessible and retain their history. They can be restored with a simple click, complete with all their history such as course credits and event attendance
