Engagifii Discovery Guarantee Terms

At Engagifii, we believe that transparency, alignment, and accountability are the foundation of a successful partnership with our customers. That’s why we stand behind our Discovery Service with a one-year guarantee, ensuring your association receives exactly what was promised.

(Please note: This Discovery Service is an additional premium service, and the Discovery Guarantee is not included in the standard SaaS agreement.)

 

The Engagifii Discovery Service & Discovery Report 

At the conclusion of the Engagifii Discovery Service, Engagifii will deliver a Comprehensive Discovery Report, which includes:

  1. Customer Needs Assessment: an exhaustive and detailed breakdown of the customer’s specific requirements, identifying each Customer Need that can be automated or improved through the use of technology.

  2. Feature Mapping: Each identified Customer Need will be matched against Engagifii’s functionality:
    • Needs that are fully met by existing Engagifii functionality
    • Needs that aren’t fully met will be documented as Gaps with a clear explanation of the deficiency.

  3. Gap Resolution Plan: For each identified gap, the Customer will choose one of the following:
    • Workaround Acceptance: Customer chooses to work around the gap without additional development.
    • Future Roadmap Request: Customer requests the feature be added to Engagifii’s product roadmap understanding that there will be no committed delivery timeline.
    • Feature Customization Request: Customer requires the feature within a specific timeframe, which will be added to a Feature Customization Addendum. 

  4. Feature Customization Addendum (if applicable), a formal agreement outlining:
    • A concrete timeline for delivery by the Engagifii team
    • A transparent breakdown of costs
    • Defined cost responsibility, specifying whether Engagifii or the customer will be responsible for covering the costs associated with the feature customization request.

 

Customer Responsibility & Our Commitment

As part of the Engagifii Discovery Service, we work closely with your team to identify, document, and align on all functional needs. However, it is ultimately the Customer’s responsibility to review, validate, and confirm that all necessary requirements have been accurately documented in the final Discovery Report.

Both parties will sign the Discovery Report, ensuring mutual alignment and accountability. This report serves as our commitment to you, guaranteeing that what we promise in our Discovery Service is what you receive. 

Once the Discovery Report is signed by both parties, it serves as the final agreement on what will be delivered.

 

Our One-Year Commitment

If, within 12 months of signing your Engagifii agreement:

  •  Adocumented Customer Need that Engagifii stated was fully met by existing functionality fails to be delivered as documented in the final Discovery Report, or
  • A feature committed to in the Feature Customization Addendum is not provided as agreed,

,Engagifii will resolve the issue within 45 days, or the Customer will have the right to:

  • Terminate the contract without penalty for any future years beyond the anniversary of the current term year.
  • Receive a full refund of the amount spent on the Discovery Service.

This guarantee and the discovery service ensures that you move forward with confidence, knowing that the solution we define together is the one you will receive and the one that will address all your documented needs.
