Every training program has unique certification rules, and now the award criteria builder reflects that flexibility easily.  Instead of only setting minimum thresholds, admins can now set "maximum" or "between" conditions for hours and courses to be completed.

Want a minimum of 30 Core hours but a max of 18 Elective hours? Easy! Want members to complete 2–4 courses in a specific category? No problem. Clear natural language labels make configuration intuitive for everyone.
