The buyer's bottom line is easy to find, indicating whether money is owed to the association or if there's a credit that can be refunded or applied to another invoice. Accounting metrics summarize all the buyer's activity at a glance, indicating the invoices that have been generated, payments that have been paid, the amount due, and credits that have been used or are available.
Deliver a personalized view of transaction history
The profile pages of buyers, individual people or organizations, also feature a complete transaction history of that buyer's financial activity. Invoices, payments, credit notes, and refunds are all listed, along with extensive associated information. The transaction history is quickly sorted and filtered in various ways and can even be exported directly into an Excel sheet for further analysis or sharing with others.
Enable quick and easy invoice payments
To settle open invoices quickly and easily, buyers can click on the Pay Now button associated with each open (unpaid or partially paid) invoice. Engagifii takes the buyer to a payment screen where they can enter their credit card or ACH information to pay what's due. This means faster cash for your association!
