Real-Time Messaging and Inbox

Conversation is at the heart of the community. Engagifii’s Messaging feature makes it easy for members to stay connected, whether one-on-one or in a group. With tools for private chats, media sharing, group threads, and smart notifications, members can collaborate, follow up, and build relationships directly within the Member Hub itself.

Private Chats, Group Conversations, and Your Own Threads

Members can send private messages to other individuals directly inside the Member Hub. They can also join active group conversations within hubs they're already part of. And when they want to start something new, they can create their own group chat by choosing who to include. Real-time typing indicators, online status, and instant delivery make it all feel familiar and smooth.

Email Notifications That Keep You in the Loop

New messages in the Hub send an email notification either instantly or after a short delay, depending on admin settings. Multiple messages may be grouped into a single update to reduce inbox clutter and keep members informed. The email includes the message content and a link to reply directly in the Hub, so conversations can keep going even when members are away.

Send Messages from Your Own Profile

Members can access messaging right from their own profile by navigating to the Connections tab. From there, they can view their contacts and send direct messages to anyone they’re connected with. This makes it easy to follow up after events, continue a conversation from a group, or simply stay in touch with peers.

Share Media and Archive Messages

Messaging isn’t limited to text. Members can share photos, documents, videos, emojis, and GIFs to make conversations more dynamic and useful. Important content like event flyers or meeting recaps can be dropped in easily.
If a conversation becomes inactive, members can archive or unarchive it anytime to keep their inbox clean and focused.
