Group-Based Community Hubs
Associations thrive when members can engage in smaller, purpose-driven communities. Engagifii’s Group-Based Community Hubs make it easy to organize those communities within your Member Hub. Whether it’s a board, committee, event cohort, or interest group, each hub serves as a dedicated space where members can connect, collaborate, and contribute. With built-in tools for discussion, resource sharing, and member interaction, hubs transform passive membership into meaningful participation. Everything happens in one place, aligned with your organization’s structure and goals.

Customizable Group Visibility and Access
Each community hub is designed to suit different levels of visibility and access control:
- Public Hubs are visible and open to all members
- Private Hubs require an invitation or approval to join
- Hidden Hubs are accessible only to invited members and not discoverable via search
Admins have full control over how hubs are created, categorized, and moderated whether for event attendees, board members, working groups, or informal interest circles.

Dedicated Feed for Group Updates and Interaction
Each hub includes its own Activity Feed — a dedicated space where members can post updates, ask questions, announce events, or share reflections relevant to that group. Posts can be liked, commented on, or replied to, and members are notified when new content is shared. This encourages timely conversation and helps focus engagement within the context of the hub’s purpose.
