Members in the field are often the first to know when someone in their county, school district or other organization is coming or going. Add/Deactivate Person allows them to add new people and deactivate those who are departing. Permissioned staff have the chance to review, though, ensuring that changes are both correct and complete before they are fully committed in the system.
