Mailchimp Integration

We’re excited to announce a new feature that makes it easier to see the training history on a member over the course of their lifetime with your association.

Engagifii is excited to announce the launch of our new Mailchimp Integration feature! This integration simplifies your email campaign process by seamlessly connecting your Engagifii workspace with your Mailchimp account. No more manual exporting and importing of contact lists—everything syncs automatically and in real-time.

How to Get Started

To get started integrating your Mailchimp account with your Engagifii workspace, you will just need your Mailchimp and Engagifii login credentials, both with the appropriate administrator permissions. Following are the steps to follow to connect through the integration process

Note that changes made directly in the Mailchimp account by users will NOT be synchronized back into Engagifii – this is a “one-way sync”, with Engagifii being the source of truth.

  1. Log into your Engagifii workspace and navigate to Settings & Configurations > Communications > Integrations tab.

  2. In edit mode, click the Connect button in the Mailchimp box at the top of the page. 

  3. In the popup, enter your Mailchimp Username and Password and click Log In.

  4. Click “Allow”  to allow Mailchimp to integrate with the Engagifii workspace.

     

  5. The Engagifii workspace will now be connected to your Mailchimp account and is ready for you to choose which data to push to Mailchimp

  6. Configure which groups or people you want to sync to lists within Mailchimp.

Future Enhancements

  • Email Journey Initiation: Start email journeys directly from Engagifii.
  • Email Statistics Recording: Track and analyze email campaign performance within Engagifii.
