Lifetime Training Credits

We’re excited to announce a new feature that makes it easier to see the training history on a member over the course of their lifetime with your association.

This feature offers administrators and staff easy access to the total credits an individual has earned both in the current fiscal year and over their entire lifetime, displayed prominently in three strategic locations:

  • Person Profile Header
  • Person Profile > Events & Training tab
  • All Award Report

Key Highlights

1. Comprehensive Credit Tracking

    • View all the credits an individual has earned in the fiscal year and their lifetime on their profile header.
    • Detailed credits are also accessible under the Events & Training tab in the Awards section of the person’s profile.

 

2. Enhanced Reporting

    • Generate a consolidated award report that includes all credits earned by individuals.
    • Create award reports for multiple people directly from the All People List page.
    • Generate reports for selected individuals using the wrench menu.

3. Customization and Control

    • Administrators can customize which fields are visible in the person profile header.
    • Enable or disable the display of total credits earned via workspace settings.
    • Generate reports only for members registered in any award program, ensuring relevant data is included.
    • Permissions can be set to control who can generate award reports from the People List and Person Profile pages.

How to Use

This feature can be activated and managed through the Accreditation module settings. Only association staff can modify these settings, ensuring controlled and secure access.
