Registrants can complete their registration and access their registration details immediately, while payment can be completed afterward through the registration record. For administrators, the change helps simplify how modifications, cancellations, and invoice-related activities are managed behind the scenes.

The new workflow also creates a cleaner and more modern registration experience while helping eliminate unnecessary invoice complexity, particularly in situations involving free registrations or registration changes.
